    • He actively and collaboratively participated in weekly, S&OP cross-functional team meetings (Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to establish a site production plan to fulfill sales forecasts of 500mm units per annum.
  • With a producer of quality pharmaceutical and nutritional supplements, Daniel led internal process improvement initiatives, implementing and sustaining them, resulting in a change overtime reduction from 8 hours to 4 hours, a 15% increase in line speed productivity, and a 10% increase in monthly profitability.
