I have worked in global Executive Search and Staffing for more than 25 years, 20 of which I spent in leadership roles at the world’s top recruitment firm, Robert Half.
In 2016, I founded CannabizTeam, which has become the largest executive search and staffing firm focused exclusively on the cannabis industry.
CannabizTeam has placed thousands of candidates at companies across the US and internationally since 2016, and offers a range of services, from executive search to temporary staffing to outplacement services.
We founded Kalon because we’ve built a database of over 400,000 professionals with skills in CPG, retail, supplements, manufacturing, distribution, sales, marketing and C-suite. Our team has been inundated with requests to assist health and wellness companies in recruiting top-tier talent.
