Our client, a leading manufacturer in the health and wellness industry, is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations in Dallas TX. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storage, inter-departmental movement, and external distribution. The primary goal is to ensure the efficient and safe storage of products, as well as timely and accurate dispatch of internal and external orders to their respective destinations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all warehouse activities, including daily operations, facility maintenance, compliance, system oversight, and inventory management.
  • Monitor productivity, identify areas for improvement, and propose adjusted standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate with the systems team to verify the accuracy of SKUs and product descriptions.
  • Supervise and support staff through coaching, training, counseling, and recognition, while also taking appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Implement in-process product quality inspections and establish effective audit procedures.
  • Uphold product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Achieve budgetary objectives by managing and analyzing expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards during audits.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and teamwork.
  • Sound product management skills.
  • Familiarity with computer software and warehouse management systems.
  • Experience with internal and external audits.

Requirements:
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
  • Prior experience managing a warehouse with 300+ SKUs.
  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience.
  • Knowledge of safety requirements.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project Management, and ERP software.
Compensation:  $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus benefits
